  • Guest:During my stay 02/05/26 - 02/09/26it was extremely disappointing to say the least. At first glance this appears to be a very nice resort. Until I got into my room. While walking through the room it clearly was a little worn. Water damage was evident in the bathroom. A smell of mildew and sour smell. It appeared no attempt to fix the issues had been made. Ihad a garden view room so I decided to go out onto the patio to take a look around. The electric blind did not work. The blind would not raise from the lowered position. I went around the blind to access the patio and the approximately 8 foot metal bart hat rolls the blind up completely fell from the ceiling and hit me in the top of the head. After gathering myself I notified the front desk. I was told they would fix it the following day because it was later in the evening and it would take a while to repair it. No mention of putting me into a different room. That evening I turned on the shower and noticed water spraying and splashing all over the floor in the bathroom on both sides of the walk through shower. After looking up at the shower several of the small spray nozzles were missing. Water was splashing out of those holes. Water was also coming from somewhere on top of the shower head. So much water splashing that I had to put towels on the floor to attempt to keep the floor outside the shower dry. The blanket on the bed had a sour smell and stains that appeared to have never come out during the wash or it was never washed. The next morning I told management I would be leaving the room for a few hours so they could fix the issues. I later returned and the large blind was back up on the ceiling. I went to the remote to see if it would open. It did not open. Still not working. The following morning I attempted to go around the blind to the patio again the entire metal blind came crashing down on top of my head for the second time. After a few minutes of gathering myself I took a shower so I could go see management. Again the same damaged shower head completely wet the floor. I went to management again and explained it was the second time the blind fell from the ceiling and hit me in the head. Still no mention of moving me to another room by management. I left the resort to meet friends for lunch. I later returned the room had been serviced. New towels but not enough to keep the floor dry and to dry myself after the shower as I requested extra towels. The blind was back up kn the ceiling. Small pieces of wood, dust of sheet rock and a large rock was left on the TV stand and night stand. My guess is these were things used for the repair of the large blind. I tried the remote it still didn't work. This was a disaster of a stay at a hotel that has a luxury brand attached to it. I can't begin to explain how disappointed I was with the hotel and management who added to my frustration and headache for several days after being struck in the top of the head twice by the blind.
  • Guest:This hotel has everything. Close to airport, easy and safe walk to town, short taxi ride to Cabarete, great beaches on property, pools, superb restaurant headed by award winning Chef Tita. But the best part is the people headed up by GM Enna and including Laura, Agustina, Valeria, & Mellanie. Every day they sent us a message asking what they could do to make our stay(s) better. Truthfully there was nothing more to do because our every need was anticipated and fulfilled. We stayed 7 days at end of Jan, came back again at end of Feb, and are already looking forward to going back.
  • Guest:Our 4 night vacation was one the best ever. Very relaxing and the best service of any place I have been in my years of traveling. Everyone was smiling and full of enthusiasm and energy. We plan on coming back not sure when. I want to thank everybody for making us stay wonderful.
  • Guest:My wife and I visited this beautiful resort last week for my birthday. We had amazing airport car service provided by the hotel. The welcome was top notch and we actually received an upgrade to what one.of the most spacious rooms we have ever stayed in. The view was unbelievable. We were a bit disappointed that the Sun Club was not open during our stay and the weather was iffy. Wd also were a bit surprised that I guess it was housecleaning attempting to come in the room at 7p(weird time) one night. All in all it was a good stay. Thank you.
